4. Persona/Empathy Map: Valuable insights about your customer.
An empathy map is a tool that helps companies better understand their customers. During the class, students are guided in creating this visual tool that helps identify a customer's needs, desires, goals, challenges, and pain points.
5. Wheel of Life: The balance that generates productivity

6. The SMART rule: Clarity in Communication

Methodology
The course will be taught entirely online, providing flexibility for participants to access classes from anywhere and at any convenient time. The classes consist of short videos, allowing students to learn at their own pace, pausing when necessary, and reviewing the content as many times as they wish.

An investor in vegan startups, she has over 10 years of experience in Communications, focusing on Visual Communications in the publishing sector in Brazil and the United States (Las Vegas, NV and Hollywood, CA), as well as working in Brand Communications in fashion marketing departments.
