Course Objective
To build a bridge that will lead you to effective leadership, a leader will need certain pillars in the right places. When these pillars are based on the fundamentals of a new leadership mindset—balanced planning, empowerment, trust, and commitment to results—you and your organization can reach places never before imagined.

1. Strategic Purpose: Team Engagement
Purpose is the reason why someone or a team does what they do. People want to contribute to something they believe in and are passionate about, not just work for the sake of working.
2. Clear objectives: Quality objectives and clear communication.
Effective leaders use crystallized thinking: they define goals and objectives, measure progress and impact, and make clear and well-informed decisions.
3. Planning: Action steps and monitoring
After establishing the objective, list specific action steps to achieve it. These concrete activities guide the team daily until the goal is reached.
4. Empowerment: Building confidence
Empowering the team to share responsibilities is fundamental to success. Empowerment is the creation of a motivational environment that releases knowledge, resources, and responsibilities to the team.
5. Commitment to results (Accountability): Responsibility for achieving results.
Accountability is the creation of an organizational culture of responsibility to achieve high-quality results, accepting responsibility for one's actions, measuring progress, and ensuring consistent delivery.
Methodology
The course will be taught entirely online, providing flexibility for participants to access classes from anywhere and at any convenient time. The classes consist of short videos, allowing students to learn at their own pace, pausing when necessary, and reviewing the content as many times as they wish.
